Intended use:
For cosmetic, healing and regeneration, rehabilitation and treatment procedures. It replenishes the body with magnesium and has a healing effect on the muscle, joint and bone structure. How to use for a compress:
Place the package /without opening it/ in water pre-warmed to 38-40 °C for about 5 minutes. Place the compress while warm! Open the package at the place indicated and take out the cloth soaked with Black Sea lye. Place /without squeezing the cloth/ on the problem area. Insulate the compress with a film, then wrap with a towel or a woollen cloth. Stay for 40 minutes at rest or do not move very intensively. The duration of the procedure is 40 minutes once or twice a day. For a very good effect, a course of 14 procedures is recommended. We recommend that you do the procedure in the evening, and then stay warm in your home. Also, practice shows that you can sleep with wrapped joints for a better effect and wash out in the morning.
